Vegetable Stir Fry

  • onion

  • green pepper

  • red pepper

  • cabbage

  • vegetable oil

  • ・Shimaya Dashi-no-moto

    1 tsp

  • ・cooking sake (or white wine)

    1 tsp

  • soy sauce

    1 tsp

The standard of measuring
  • 1 Tbsp (table spoon) 15ml,
    1 tsp (tea spoon) = 5ml
  • Shimaya Dashi-no-moto 1 tsp = about 4g
    (powder type, granule type)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the bacon into 2 cm pieces.
  2. Thinly slice the onion. Cut the green pepper and red pepper into thin strips. Cut the cabbage into large pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan and stir fry the bacon until it is cooked through. Put the onion, cabbage, green pepper and red pepper in order, stir fry them.
  4. Add [A] to season and stir fry all together well. Put evenly the soy sauce and toss to combine.
