Dashi Mayo Vegetable Sticks

【Dashi Mayonnaise】

  • ・mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • ・Shimaya Dashi-no-moto

    1 tsp

【Vegetables】

proper amount

  • ・carrot

  • ・Japanese radish

  • ・cucumber

  • ・yellow pepper

  • ・red pepper

The standard of measuring
  • 1 Tbsp (table spoon) = 15ml,
    1 tsp (tea spoon) = 5ml
  • Shimaya Dashi-no-moto 1 tsp = about 4g
    (powder type, granule type)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix well the mayonnaise and Shimaya Dashi-no-moto to make dashi mayonnaise.
  2. Cut 【Vegetables】 into sticks.
  3. Serve the vegetables on a plate. Dip it into the dashi mayonnaise when you eat.
