  • ・bread crumbs
    (soaked in 1・1/2 Tbsp milk)

    3 Tbsp

  • ・Shimaya Dashi-no-moto

    1 tsp

  • ・nutmeg

  • ・pepper

    proper amount

  • vegetable oil

    3 tsp

【Sauce】

  • ・worcestershire sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • ・ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • ・mustard

    1/2 tsp

The standard of measuring
  • 1 Tbsp (table spoon) = 15ml,
    1 tsp (tea spoon) = 5ml
  • Shimaya Dashi-no-moto 1 tsp = about 4g
    (powder type, granule type)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mince the onion. Fry it with 1 tsp vegetable oil and cool down.
  2. Mix 【Sauce】 into a bowl.
  3. Put the ground meat, [1] and [A] in another bowl. Knead all together well. Split it into half and shape into oval.
  4. Heat 2 tsp vegetable oil into a pan, put [3] and sear them both sides. Turn the heat down low with a lid on, cook the inside well.
  5. Serve on a plate and put the sauce on the hamburger steaks.
