Okonomiyaki with Tofu

[B]【Okonomiyaki sauce】

  • ・worcestershire sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • ・ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • ・honey

    2 tsp

  • ・Shimaya Dashi-no-moto

    1/2 tsp

The standard of measuring
  • 1 Tbsp (table spoon) = 15ml,
    1 tsp (tea spoon) = 5ml
  • Shimaya Dashi-no-moto 1 tsp = about 4g
    (powder type, granule type)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix [B] into a bowl to make okonomiyaki sauce.
  2. Wrap the tofu with a paper towel to remove the excess water.
  3. Put the tofu in another bowl and mash it with a whisk, add [A] and mix it. Add the cabbage and green onion, mix all together.
  4. Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil into a pan. Pour half of [3] and put on half of the pork.
  5. Cook it on medium heat with a lid on for 5 minutes. Flip over and cook it with a lid on again for 7-8 minutes.
  6. Cook the rest of [3] as well. Spread the okonomiyaki sauce. Mayonnaise, dried green seaweed and dried bonito can also be added as you like.
