Scrambled Eggs

  • ・Shimaya Dashi-no-moto

    1/2 tsp

  • ・milk

    2 Tbsp

  • ・mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • butter

The standard of measuring
  • 1 Tbsp (table spoon) = 15ml,
    1 tsp (tea spoon) = 5ml
  • Shimaya Dashi-no-moto 1 tsp = about 4g
    (powder type, granule type)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir the eggs into a bowl. Add [A] and mix it.
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat and when it is warm, put the butter.
  3. When the butter is melting, put [1] and scramble with a spatula until it is cooked.
  4. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate quickly.
