The standard of measuring
  • 1 Tbsp (table spoon) = 15ml,
    1 tsp (tea spoon) = 5ml
  • Shimaya Dashi-no-moto 1 tsp = about 4g
    (powder type, granule type)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the cabbage into large pieces. Cut the potatoes into half. Cut the onion into wedges with the core left.
  2. Remove the green hulls from the cherry tomatoes. Cut the broccoli into florets.
  3. Put [A] into a pot and mix it, add [1] and heat the pot.
  4. When it is boiling, skim the foam from the top of the soup. Season with the salt and pepper, add the sausages and boil it on low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. When the potatoes are cooked, add [2] and boil it for 5 minutes.
  6. Whole-grain mustard can also be added as you like.
